Nordic Walking The Beachy Head Marathon 27th October 2019

Are you a regular Nordic Walker who would like to train for a challenge in the Autumn?  At Coast and Country Nordic Walking UK we are lucky enough to have a group of regular walkers, some of whom have already signed up to have a go at Nordic Walking the Beachy Head Marathon.

At the time of writing, there are 11 weeks to go before the Beachy Head Marathon.

REMEMBER! Make the training fit around your own week and have up to 3 Rest Days a Week (you choose when they are so that it fits in with your life!)
