Crawley Nordic Walking Exciting News

Crawley Nordic Walking started in January 2019. As with all new projects they take time to grow. We are now entering the next phrase and looking forward to seeing the programme and membership grow.

Heather has recently started a full time job but will be continuing with running the weekend sessions and be actively planning the new walks.

The advantage for Crawley members is we will be building a team of walk leaders to offer more walks across the week. Jon Horsley-Page has already will be running Thursday evening walks along the Worth Way during the summer months (starting 16th May).

If you are interested in becoming a Walk Leader (training given) please give me a call – 07702067812

Joining forces also means everyone can easily access all of the walks and sessions offered by Coast and Country. Haywards Heath and the surrounding area programme are growing. There is a weekly walk at Ardingly Reservoir (starting 3rd April). And if you fancy a trip further south there are walks on the South Downs and at the coast. We run between 16 and 20 sessions per week.

If you already a walker but do not have a NWUK passport we can plan a conversion for you. There is a large variety of activities available.

Coast and country offer direct debit for regular walkers. You can take advantage of paying for your walks on a monthly basis. £24 per month means you can attend unlimited walks. If you walk once a week it is £6.00. If you walk twice a week it is only £3.00 per walk. I have members walking 3 or 4 times per week, which obviously makes it very good value.
