Mandy Border and Liz Scelcher are both experienced PTs who can support you in achieving your health and/or sporting goals.
If you are simply wanting to get in shape and feel better or you have a specific event you need to prepare for they can give you professional support and guidance.
1 hour time slots are available for personal one to one sessions or small group PT.
This could possibly be the start you needed to make a positive change to your life.
These sessions are open to members and non-members. You do not have to be an experienced Nordic Walker.
